Blanes has a very family atmosphere, with many restaurants with terraces. There is a daily fruit and vegetable market from the local farmers. It is a town that lives all year round with many shops. It's a really nice town to live in. 

Blanes is very well connected with a train with free parking that will take you to the centre of Barcelona in only 60 minutes.

The villa is very well located just a few minutes from Blanes town centre and the beach🏖. It is an elegant residential area, there is a castle just in the street above, beautiful coves like Cala Sant Francesc and botanical gardens just behind the villa. 

Have you seen the southern sunshine and those dreamy views of the beach? 

The layout needs to be reviewed: an opening of the bedrooms on the first floor to the sea view terrace and a more modern layout with bay windows would be recommended. There is a possibility to enlarge them (behind the villa at the level of the bedrooms there is a garden and the norms foresee an extension of the villa).

The land is suitable for a swimming pool. It is possible to make a large infinity pool with sea view on the same level as the living rooms and kitchen. This will increase the value of the villa to a great extent.  

The two large terraces would be connected by the beautiful pool with sea and beach views. 

The containment walls and riprap will make the work easier. Approximate budget for a large infinity pool 30.000€.
